Procuring Stakeholder Participation Services

Diana Pound

Good practice participation starts with the procurement process.  But to commission good practice you need to know what you should be looking for and what you need to think about when commissioning work. This note is designed to help.  It was asked for by people on our training course who shared some bad experiences of getting it wrong or who had been in processes where someone else had got it wrong.   We hope it is useful to you.  If you think there are other things you would need to know that we could include do let us know.
