Dialogue Matters offers various training courses throughout the year. Our most popular course, Good Practice Stakeholder Participation, runs two to three times a year. Other courses, like Engaging Communications or Better Research, Greater Impact will be put on as and when demand requires. Our next Dialogue Matters Good Practice Stakeholder Participation training will be taking place online in the week beginning Monday 6th of December 2021. In this course, we demonstrate you will learn Stakeholder Participation and Stakeholder Facilitation skills and techniques and how to achieve equitable project outcomes. All prices below include the training fee, accommodation, meals and materials, incl. a course handbook. These prices are for a three-day in-person course based in Wye, Kent.

Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. In this unlikely event we will offer a refund or alternative date without liability for any consequential or indirect loss.
We are going to email an invoice for the fee to the email address given in this form. We accept payment by cheque, bankers order & BACS. We regret we cannot accept credit/debit cards.
If sending a cheque please pay in Pounds Sterling and send to:

Cheques should be made payable to: Dialogue Matters Ltd
Full payment needs to be made within 30 days from date of invoice. We operate a waiting list and if full payment is not received by this deadline we may offer the place to others.
No refunds will be made for cancellation less than four weeks before the training. Cancellations need to be made in written form (email or post).
