Through our workshop facilitation, we not only shine a light on the key themes of the dialogue, but we work with you to clearly outline the steps needed to turn those themes into actionable outcomes.
People want to feel respected when sharing their views in workshops. To enable this, we design and facilitate workshops drawing on our knowledge of power, psychology, and group dynamics. When we facilitate, we stay neutral and manage group dynamics and behaviour to ensure everyone can speak and express their view. We facilitate so stakeholders make progress based on the merit of points, not power, dominance, or status.
